Incredible service. I spoke to Fuad on the phone minutes after our Yelp text, to which responded instantly. I was able to get my washing machine diagnosed the same day, parts were ordered the next day, and I was able to do my laundry the day after. Quick, reliable, professional. Superb job, guys!
I live in California and my tenant told me the fridge was leaking and she was only available the next day after 1pm. I called at 8pm and Fuad answered! His technician was there the next day at the time my tenant requested. The technician fixed the issue and called me twice to give me updates. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommended.
APPRO is on the top of my list of favorite contractors! As soon as I contacted them this morning at 8:00 AM, Fuad responded immediately at 8:05 AM and he was able to send his technician Ben this afternoon. Ben arrived on time! He carefully explained what the potential problems are and reviewed with me the estimated costs before proceeding. He already had the parts with him and he was able to repair my dryer in 1 hour. Very happy with Ben’s work and professionalism. I highly recommend APPRO for any appliance repair jobs.
APPRO was excellent. They came out the same day to assess my oven issue, promptly identified the problem, and offered a competitive price. They made the repair immediately after they received the part, making the entire process timely and efficient. Their prices were significantly more competitive than the 2-3 other companies I spoke with. I would highly recommend and look forward to working with Fuad and his team again.
